Conferences in the data compression field

This page contains a list of current conferences, which are more or less related to the data compression field, together with their respective dates and deadlines.
The most important conference in the data compression field is by far the Data Compression Conference of the IEEE (DCC), held each spring in Snowbird, United States of America. There are many important compression articles from past DCCs, which are available as conference proceedings. If you like to submit an article or poster about lossless or lossy compression algorithms don't miss their deadline, which is usually in November of the year before.
